If you are not looking for a long-term commitment, we offer hourly coaching to address problems, issues or questions as they arise. Our hourly rate for one-on-one leadership coaching is $95. Dr. Higgins will help you craft a solution to get you back on track.

Some problems are so complex, or your goals are too extensive to address, in an occasional hour here and there. We offer a 3-month Coaching Package where we will work with you 2 times a week via 60-minute Zoom sessions (or in person if you are in our area) as well as be available via text or email to help you to do what it takes to address your leadership or career concerns for $1,800.
